Jose D Costa is a Counsellor, Motivator and Life-Coach with over 25 years of experience assisting young and adults develop their full potential and cope with life challenges. He provides coaching and guidance in problem solving and decision-making, to persons encountering barriers in their own journey of life. He has been actively involved in counselling young and seniors in various institutes in Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra and Goa. Over the years, with his experience in counselling and lecturing in some educational institutes, he has designed, organized and conducted Group Dynamics, Personality Development, Motivational and Leadership Programs for young professionals, Teacher Effectiveness Training Sessions, Ageing gracefully Programmes for Seniors, Psycho-Spiritual and Wellness Programs for different age groups.

After completing his graduation in India , he was deputed for higher studies to Italy. There he gained a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Regina Apostlorum University and another Master’s Degree in Spirituality from Urbaniana University. He is a qualified Mediator, trained by Edward’s Mediation Academy, USA and CAMP, India. He is passionate about restoring relationships and building communities of love through conflict resolution. He is a Founding Trustee of Sangathi Charitable Trust, Goa, India.
